This new kitchen in Key Largo, FL was part of a new construction project. The home, including the kitchen was designed and built by Rausa Builders Corp. The homeowners wanted an “ocean feel” to their new vacation home which we were able to deliver with a Sea Shell Floor Tile throughout and a Tropical Color Scheme.

The new kitchen features shaker style cabinets, a mosaic backsplash (made of glass hearts & white Carrara Marble) and Quartz Counter Top with embedded Glass Chips. The Solid Wood White Shaker Cabinets with Crown Molding also have soft-closing drawers, a Lazy Susan Corner Cabinet along with Pot Drawers (Large drawers for pot & pan storage).

The gallery below shows the process of building this shaker style kitchen.

The dining room floor was raised and the dividing wall was removed to open up the kitchen. New plumbing, HVAC and electrical lines were installed prior to installing new drywall, kitchen cabinets, flooring, appliances and all the trims.
