Below are before and after photos of a recently remodeled Open Kitchen Layout we completed in Miami Lakes. The original Kitchen was outdated and had the counter peninsula attached to a partition separating the kitchen from the dining room. This partition also housed the electrical service panel.

Removing the partition was key to creating the open layout design in the kitchen. For this we had to relocate the electrical service panel to the utility room providing a feel of family togetherness for the homeowners, easy living and spacious feeling as opposed to individually confined areas.

Below are before, during and after photos of a Garage Conversion we finalized in the Kendall Area.

This two car garage was converted into a 2nd Master Bedroom/In-Law Quarters, with it’s own bathroom and closet space. Plumbing was installed and the floor was lifted to the level of the home prior to framing & electrical installation.

The converted garage has it’s own bathroom and kitchen access along with a private entrance/mud room and laundry room access for those rainy days.

Complete Remodel in Pinecrest

The gallery below is of an on-going complete remodel in the Village of Pinecrest in South Florida. The owners purchased the home in it’s original 1950′s condition and the new design called for multiple additions throughout all facets of the home leaving only 30% of the original structure. The exterior alterations also included impact-windows, stucco-siding and a new charcoal flat cement tile roof bringing this home the 50′s to modern times.

Inside, the home was completely gutted and new partitions were lifted, new electrical and plumbing conduits were installed. Solid wood cabinets were installed in the kitchen and bathroom vanities along with state of the art security system and two high-efficient air conditioning systems.
