This is a fire damaged home in Westchester. These photos are of the kitchen roof trusses that were chard and needed to be replaced. The project also required the legalization of a residential addition on top of the fire damage repair. Some of the plumbing and electrical had to be put to today’s code, air conditioning, structural repairs, complete roofing, drywall and painting.

It’s hard to believe that these before and after remodeling photos are from the same house. The exterior & interior went from dump to light and bright!

Structural Repair / Spalling Concrete

This is a multi-family property in North Miami which needed structural repairs to pass the 40 year certification inspection. We repaired the stairs which had spalling concrete due to rebar corrosion and we also had to cut an expansion joint along the complete second floor walkway.

Work Without Permit Fix

This home was purchased in 2009 and the owner added multiple residential addition without permits. When the property was foreclosed on in 2010 inspections revealed the illegal construction resulting in a Work Without Permit Violation which Rausa Builders, Corp. was hired to demolish the non-permit part of the home  and bring the structure back to code.
