Below are before and after photos of a new 3 tab GAF Royal Sovereign Shingle Roof installed by Rausa Builders, Corp. All the old shingles and roofing paper were removed and replaced with new 3 tab GAF shingles.
This roof repair required repair in multiple areas including roof leaks in garage, bedroom, and entrance. The job required approximately 50 cracked tiles to be replaced.

This small roof repair job required the removal of 15′ of roof tiles to expose roof flashing and repair leak. Roof tiles were replaced along with new drywall in kitchen ceiling which was damaged due to water filtration.

This garage in an REO property in Weston needed mold remediation in two areas. One area approximately 13′ x 25′ in the ceiling and another 8′ x 9′ on the garage wall. Both areas required complete removal of drywall and cleaning of surfaces with EPA certified mold cleaner before being replaced with new drywall and paint.
