Below is a gallery of a small new roof on a townhouse in Margate. The homeowners had applied a sealer over the existing shingles in an effort to stop the leaks, but eventually had to replace the entire roof. Once we received HOA approval on shingle style & color, the roof was simple and quick, leaving the homeowners very satisfied.

This shingle roof in Ft Lauderdale was a little long-in-the-tooth by the time the homeowners gave Rausa Builders Corp. a call, but we were able to keep costs down and acquire another satisfied customer! The roof was a simple shingle to shingle replacement with a flat roof area over the terrace.

The homeowners of this 1965 home in Lauderdale Lakes needed a new roof. They decided on the more economical option, which was to replace their Flat Tile Roof with a 3-Tab Shingle Roof. A great choice as long as your community (local HOA or City) allows shingle roofs. It’s always a good idea to check with them because they may require a certain type of roof or color, etc.

We assured the homeowners that Tiles are only “Decorative” and explained that what makes your home water-tight is the roofing paper underneath. The roof was in pretty bad shape, requiring rotted decking & fascia replacement. The gallery below shows step-by-step photos of the roof replacement process.

When the owners of this 3700 sq ft home in Palmetto Bay called Rausa Builders Corp to re-roof their home they had multiple leaks and the roof covered in a tarp to prevent damage inside the home. Being such a large roof, the most economical way to replace it would be to replace the existing Flat Cement Tile with a 3-Tab Shingle Roof.
